Signature Skin Treatments

Five signature skin treatments combining our most effective technologies in one visit — for acne, pigmentation, ageing and tired eyes.

Some treatments simply work better in each other's company.

Our Signature Treatments are five combinations we've built, tested and refined over years of treating Canberra skin. Each one brings together our most effective technologies into a single visit, sequenced so that every stage makes the next one work harder. They are not several appointments booked back to back — each is one treatment, delivered in stages, designed to achieve a result no single treatment could reach on its own.

Every Signature Treatment is performed by a Registered Nurse, and every one begins with a proper consultation. We'll assess your skin, listen to what's actually bothering you, and make sure the treatment you book is genuinely the right one — even if that turns out to be something simpler.

Hydrate & Heal — for clear, healthy, glowing skin

If you want your skin clear, healthy and genuinely glowing, this is where we'd start you — whatever your skin type, and whatever your age.

Hydrate & Heal works on two levels at once. The first stage deeply cleanses, resurfaces and extracts, clearing congestion and flooding the skin with hydration — this is our Hydrafacial technology, and it's the part you'll see immediately. You'll walk out glowing.

The second stage is what makes this more than a facial. Using Lumixa, we drive energy into the freshly prepared skin, where it normalises the cells, calms inflammation and actively helps the skin heal. It also stimulates collagen and strengthens your skin barrier — so the glow doesn't just last, it keeps building over the following days.

That combination of deep cleansing and genuine healing is why this treatment is so effective for acne. Congestion is cleared, inflammation is calmed, and the barrier that keeps your skin resilient is rebuilt rather than stripped.

Who it's for: every skin type. Congested, dull or dehydrated skin; breakout-prone and acne skin; anyone whose skin barrier feels compromised, sensitive or run down; and anyone who simply wants their skin looking clear, healthy and well.

If your concern is ageing rather than congestion, we can use Lumixa Collagen instead, which focuses specifically on collagen stimulation — delivering 400% more collagen in the first 72 hours than skin needling. It's our first choice for brides and anyone preparing for an occasion. We'd recommend three treatments, two weeks apart, with your final treatment three days before the day itself.

If your skin barrier is compromised or very sensitive, a course of Lumixa on its own is often the better place to begin, before moving on to the full treatment.

Downtime: none. You can wear makeup and carry on with your day straight afterwards.

Includes our Hydrafacial and Lumixa technologies.

Resurface & Rejuvenate — for tone, texture and radiance

Our most complete resurfacing and renewal treatment — the one we reach for when skin needs genuine renewal rather than a refresh. It's also our event-preparation treatment of choice.

It works in a deliberate sequence. We begin with a full Hydrafacial, deeply cleansing and resurfacing the skin, then LED light therapy — included at no additional cost. Only then do we perform IPL photorejuvenation.

The order is the entire point. Clearing away the dead surface layer of skin cells first means the IPL has proper access to what we're actually treating, rather than spending its energy on dead skin. You get a noticeably better result than IPL alone can achieve.

The timing is the other reason this treatment works so well before an occasion. The Hydrafacial gives you an immediate glow, visible the same day. Then, at around three to six weeks, the IPL brings your skin to a second glow — arriving just as the effects of the facial begin to settle. One visit, two peaks, a month apart.

The peptides and antioxidants infused during the facial also continue supporting collagen production well after your appointment.

Who it's for: pigmentation, sun damage and uneven skin tone; scarring and uneven texture; dullness and loss of clarity; fine lines; redness; congestion and acne. It's also our first recommendation for anyone preparing for a wedding, a milestone birthday or any occasion they want their skin at its best for.

Recommended course: three treatments, four weeks apart, for a genuinely even and radiant complexion. If you're working towards an event, plan your final treatment at least two weeks beforehand.

Want more? Lumixa can be added to this treatment for $200, for a noticeably better result again.

Includes our Hydrafacial, LED therapy and IPL technologies.

Tighten & Tone — for firmness, with no downtime

An absolute treat that delivers a real result — and suitable for every skin type and every age.

Tighten & Tone moves through three stages: a resurfacing masque, a cooling masque, then radiofrequency. Fire, ice, fire. That alternation is a powerful boost to microcirculation, and it's what gives this treatment its immediate, unmistakable glow.

The radiofrequency stage is where the firming happens. The controlled heat triggers heat shock proteins in the skin, which produces a visible tightening straight away — and continues building over the weeks that follow as your skin responds.

There is no pain and no downtime whatsoever. You can have this treatment the day before an event, or even the morning of, and walk straight out glowing. Makeup goes on immediately.

It's the treatment we recommend most often as a gift, and it's a particularly beautiful choice for a new mum — genuinely relaxing, properly indulgent, and still doing real work for the skin.

Who it's for: every skin type and every age; skin beginning to lose its firmness; anyone with an occasion coming up; and anyone who wants something that feels like a treat but isn't only a treat.

Downtime: none at all.

Includes our iS Clinical Fire and Ice facial and RF skin tightening.

Firm & Fresh — for fine lines and tired eyes

Our dedicated eye treatment, for the area most people mention first.

The eye area is thin, delicate and usually the first place to show fatigue and age — and it rarely responds to the same approach that works on the rest of the face. Firm & Fresh treats it properly, in two stages.

First, radiofrequency works on crow's feet and lifting, firming the delicate skin around the eye. Then Rejuran Eye — a regenerative injectable skin treatment — rebuilds the skin from within, restoring the quality and resilience of the tissue itself.

The two work on genuinely different things. One lifts and firms; the other improves the actual quality of the skin. Together they address both the appearance and the underlying condition of the eye area, which is why this is a far more effective solution than treating the surface alone.

Who it's for: crepey, thinning skin around the eyes; fine lines and crow's feet; under-eye bags; and eyes that look tired no matter how much sleep you've had.

Recommended course: for bags, crow's feet and crepiness, three treatments two weeks apart.

At home: we'll usually recommend GeneXC Eye and Youth Eye Complex to support and extend your result between treatments.

Your nurse will talk you through exactly what to expect afterwards at your consultation.

Includes Rejuran Eye and RF skin tightening.

Rebuild & Renew — for skin quality and early signs of ageing

Our most complete treatment for the overall quality, texture and resilience of your skin.

Rebuild & Renew works in two stages, and the sequence is what makes it exceptional. We prime the skin first with Lumixa, delivering energy into the tissue so that it's in the best possible condition to respond. Only then do we perform Rejuran Classic — a regenerative injectable treatment that works on the health of your skin rather than simply its surface.

It's the difference between planting in prepared soil and planting in hard ground.

The result is a double collagen and rebuilding effect: both stages drive collagen production, and both rebuild the skin from within. The priming stage also boosts what the Rejuran is able to achieve and reduces the downtime you'd otherwise experience from it.

This is the treatment for someone who has moved past wanting a quick glow and is ready to invest properly in the long-term health of their skin.

Who it's for: skin quality, texture and resilience; fine lines, laxity and the early signs of ageing; anyone ready to treat their skin comprehensively rather than piece by piece.

Recommended course: three treatments, two to four weeks apart. If you have a significant occasion coming up, plan your final treatment at least two weeks beforehand.

Your nurse will talk you through exactly what to expect afterwards at your consultation.

Includes Rejuran and Lumixa.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a facial and a Signature Treatment?

A facial works on the surface of your skin. A Signature Treatment combines that surface work with a second technology that works deeper — stimulating collagen, rebuilding the skin barrier, or regenerating the tissue itself. You get the immediate glow of a facial plus a result that continues developing for weeks.

Which treatment is best for acne?

Hydrate & Heal. It clears congestion and extracts thoroughly, then calms inflammation and helps the skin heal rather than stripping it. Rebuilding the skin barrier is a large part of why it works so well for breakout-prone skin. Most clients see the best results over a course rather than a single visit.

How long before my wedding should I start?

Ideally three months, so there's time for a full course. For Resurface & Rejuvenate, plan three treatments four weeks apart with your final one at least two weeks before the day. If you're closer than that, Tighten & Tone can be performed the day before — or even the morning of — with no downtime at all.

Is there any downtime?

Hydrate & Heal, Resurface & Rejuvenate and Tighten & Tone have no downtime — you can wear makeup and carry on with your day immediately. Firm & Fresh and Rebuild & Renew include an injectable stage, and your nurse will explain exactly what to expect at your consultation.

How many treatments will I need?

It depends on your skin and your goal. Tighten & Tone works beautifully as a one-off. For the others we generally recommend a course of three, spaced two to four weeks apart, with maintenance afterwards. Your nurse will plan this with you honestly at your consultation rather than selling you a course you don't need.

Who performs the treatments?

Every Signature Treatment is performed by a Registered Nurse at our Canberra clinic, working within their scope of practice.

Not sure which one is right for you?

Every Signature Treatment begins with a consultation, and you don't need to arrive knowing what to book. Tell us what's bothering you and we'll tell you honestly what will help — and what won't.
