We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aesthetics Wellness Canberra. We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you. Please read our policy below before making a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on products purchased from our website or in-store within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, all products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns Process
1. For online returns (via post):
Please email us at hello@aestheticswellness.com.au with your full name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
2. For free in-store returns:
You may return or exchange your product free of charge by visiting our clinic at 1st Floor, 1/5 Edgar Street, Ainslie 2602 ACT
Please ensure you have your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) with you.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@aestheticswellness.com.au with your order number and a clear photo of the product. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement once the product has been returned and assessed. We will cover all shipping costs for a return of a confirmed faulty product.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product, we will process the exchange once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been used or opened. Please choose your products carefully and seek advice where needed.
