Rachel is a Cosmetic Registered Nurse and co-founder of Aesthetics Wellness. Rachel has lived and breathed the aesthetic & beauty industry for well over a decade. During her time in the industry she has specialised in cosmetic aesthetics, wellness, medical grade skin treatments & lasers.
Rachel strives to deliver a high standard of care through all areas of her work and has a strong focus on patient safety and evidence-based practice. Rachel is always working to make sure she has the most up to date skills through attending the latest industry leading events, conferences & workshops lead by the masters of their field. This allows Rachel to achieve amazing results for her clients whilst adopting a safe & gentle approach. Rachel is known for her warmth and professionalism when tending to her clients with the utmost care.
Outside of the clinic Rachel is known to have numerous and constantly ever-changing hobbies including bee keeping, fantasy novels, her dachshund Winston, cooking every cuisine under the sun, gardening, travelling and renovating her home with her fiancé Hamish.
Aileen Pooley
Director | Registered Nurse
Aileen is a cosmetic nurse and co -founder of Aesthetics Wellness. Aileen has over 10 years experience as a Registered Nurse who has specialised in Emergency Nursing and Cosmetic Injecting. She transitioned into the aesthetics and wellness side of nursing where she discovered her true passion for empowering women (and men) to look and feel their best, offering bespoke treatments.
Aileen’s desire to thrive has allowed her to obtain knowledge of facial aesthetics and harmony through a honest and natural approach.
Her empathetic and warm nature allows clients to feel comfortable in a safe environment where she delivers outstanding treatment outcomes for her clients. Aileen will always endeavour to bring the latest techniques to her clients through the latest industry events held across Australia.
Outside of the clinic, Aileen is a wife, and a Mum of two gorgeous boys and a Labradoodle.

Ellie is a qualified RN with a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful. Her warm and caring approach, combined with her expert skills in cosmetic nursing, allows her to create a comfortable and trusted experience for every client.
Having honed her skills with a strong foundation in dermatology theatres, Ellie brings a unique level of precision and clinical expertise to her practice. She has also completed her Derma Medical Foundation and Advanced Cosmetic Injectables training course and is ready to provide you with exceptional care.
